Location was great walking distance to food, Tobin Fish tails, Townsville soccer fields for the Laurie Spina Shield & Queensland Country Bank Stadium for Rugby League. Also great taxi service.

The room was a nice size and had been recently renovated. It came with a modern air conditioner, along with milk and crockery, so I had everything I needed. 😊.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The motel offered free wifi, and it was within a short walk to the north end of The Strand. It's location also afforded access to the city by bus system. And, there were a couple good grocery stores nearby.

The motel was located on a major roadway, which meant the sound of cars was always an issue. Also, other customers at the motel were quite loud, and parked annoying cars in the courtyard that at 4am would alert everyone in the motel that the car was backing out of its parking space (the vehicle must have been used for business/commercial purposes and had a 'reverse' alert system installed).

Castle Crest Motel serves as a lovely base for a short stay, featuring excellent and knowledgeable staff along with a very friendly manager. the location is both peaceful and convenient, making it easy to walk to various attractions, shopping malls, and supermarkets just across the street.

This place is conveniently located close to a beautiful promenade and dining options, and you can easily walk to Bar Cantina in just five minutes.

The Castle Crest Motel in Townsville is a gorgeous hotel that offers an excellent experience. We enjoyed our time there immensely. the service was top-notch, and having onsite parking was a great convenience. the staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, and the motel is located in a convenient neighborhood, just a short distance from the city center.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, being close to the beach and a lovely promenade. The staff, including the friendly manager, were top-notch and provided excellent service. The room amenities were outstanding, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. I especially loved the outdoor dining area and the beautiful garden furniture. The leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and BBQ area, were fantastic and made my stay even more enjoyable. The free Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. this place exceeded my expectations and provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends as it offers everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had an amazing time staying in this hotel. The staff was really friendly and helpful, giving us lots of useful information about the city and recommending great places to go. The hotel was very clean and had excellent facilities. We loved the fact that it was so close to the city center, as well as lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. Parking was easy and convenient and it was so close to everything we wanted to see and do in this city.

I had a wonderful stay at Castle Crest Motel. The room was modern, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities like a toaster and kettle. It even had an electric frying pan if I wanted to cook. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Strand. The staff were lovely and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The value for money was exceptional, especially considering the expensive alternatives in town. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stop in Townsville.

We enjoyed our city break at this motel. the modern and clean facilities were exceptional, including a great microwave in the room. the manager was friendly and very helpful with local knowledge. the location was perfect, as it was close to many great restaurants, shops, and attractions.

The lack of proper signage or information available, which led to confusion when trying to find the motel. It would have been helpful to have clearer directions and information about the amenities, such as the pool.
